ስኮሻባንክ በሜክሲኮ ሲቲ ውስጥ ለሚገኝ 12,000 ካሬ ሜትር ቢሮ የተዘጋጀ የኮርፖሬት ውስጠ ንድፍ ነው። አቀማመጡ ክፍት ቦታዎችን በመጠቀም የተረጋጋና የተደራጀ የስራ ከባቢ ይፈጥራል። እብነ በረድ፣ መስታወት፣ እንጨት፣ ምንጣፎችና የቤት እቃዎች ተዋህደው የተለያዩ ቦታዎችን ይለያሉ። ሞቅ ያለ ቀለማት የበላይነት ይይዛሉ፣ በግድግዳዎች፣ በአምዶችና በምንጣፎች ላይ ያሉ ደማቅ ቀለሞች ደግሞ የድርጅቱን ማንነት ያጠናክራሉ። የተፈጥሮ ብርሃንና አረንጓዴ ተክሎች የሰራተኞችን ደህንነት ይደግፋሉ። የቡድን ስራ ቦታዎች ትብብርንና መስተጋብርን ያበረታታሉ። ንድፉ እንዲሁም ዝቅተኛ የኃይል ፍጆታና መደበኛ ቁሳቁሶችን ጨምሮ ዘላቂነት ያላቸውን መስፈርቶች ይከተላል።

የማምረቻ ቴክኖሎጂ: The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
