ሮያል ሬዚደንስ ሁለት 13 ፎቅ ግንቦችን እና አንድ 7 ፎቅ ግንብን የያዘ ዘመናዊ የመኖሪያ ህንጻ ስብስብ ሲሆን፣ ቪላ አይነት የአትክልት ዱፕሌክሶችን ጨምሮ 200 አፓርትመንቶችን ያካትታል። ዲዛይኑ ከአንድ መኝታ ክፍል እስከ አራት መኝታ ክፍል ክፍሎችን በማካተት ቀልጣፋ የቦታ አጠቃቀምን ያተኩራል። ዋና መገልገያዎቹ 2,200 ካሬ ሜትር የባህር ውሃ ገንዳ፣ 350 ሜትር ለውሃ ስፖርቶች የጀብዱ ቻናል፣ የህፃናት ገንዳ፣ የሙቀት ገንዳ፣ የስፖርት ሜዳዎች፣ የቱርክ መታጠቢያ፣ ሳውና እና ሰፊ ማህበራዊ አካባቢዎችን ያካትታሉ፣ ይህም ሚዛናዊ እና ቅንጦተኛ የመኖሪያ አካባቢን ያበረታታል። ከተፈጥሮ ጋር በስምምነት ምቹ የኑሮ ዘይቤን ይሰጣል።

- The Royal seamlessly integrates modern architecture with the rich historical heritage of Erdemli, Mersin. Inspired by ancient civilizations such as the Hitites, Romans, and Byzantines, the design incorporates iconic architectural elements like arches and columns. Unique features include a 2200 m2 seawater pool, a 350 m adventure water canal, thermal pools, dynamic landscape lighting that changes with the wind and every apartment offers breathtaking sea views, ensuring an unparalleled living experience
