BSG ቪላዎች ለዘመናዊ አርክቴክቸር ምሳሌ ሆኖ የተነደፈ የመኖሪያ ቪላ ነው። ጣሪያው ለቤተሰቡ የሚያስፈልገውን ኃይል በሚያመነጩ የፀሐይ ፓነሎች ሙሉ በሙሉ ተሸፍኗል። የጣሪያው ቅርጽ የዝናብ እና የበረዶ ውሃን በማከማቻ ክፍሎች ውስጥ እንዲሰበሰብ ያስችላል፣ እነዚህም ማከማቻዎች የህንፃውን ዋና መሸከሚያ ሆነው ያገለግላሉ። የብረት መዋቅሩ በሦስት መሸከሚያ መሠረቶች ላይ ያርፋል፣ በዚህም በአፈር ላይ የሚደርሰው ተጽዕኖ ይቀንሳል። ቪላው ከመሬት 6 ሜትር ከፍታ ላይ ቆሞ በጫፉ 23.80 ሜትር ይደርሳል። ከታች ያለው ጌጣጌጥ ገንዳ በከፊል በመስታወት ወለል በኩል ይታያል።
