የሌክሳይድ ማንሽን ቪላ በዘመናዊ ምሥራቃዊ ዘይቤ የተሠራ የመኖሪያ የውስጥ ንድፍ ነው። ቤቱ 800 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት አለው። ጥቅም ላይ የዋሉ ቁሳቁሶች ቴራዞ፣ ስቴንለስ ብረት፣ የድንጋይ ንጣፎችና የእንጨት ግድግዳ ሽፋን ሲሆኑ፣ የተመረጡትም የሸካራነት ለውጦች የተረጋጋ ምሥራቃዊ ባህሪ እንዲገልጹ ለማድረግ ነው። በመኖሪያ ክፍሉ ውስጥ የተጠማዘዙ የእንጨት ንጣፎች ግድግዳውን ያሸበርቃሉ። በመስመር የተደረደሩ የትራክ መብራቶች ንጣፎቹን በብርሃን ያጥባሉ እንዲሁም የቀርከሃ ደንን የሚያስታውሱ ያልተስተካከሉ የብርሃንና የጥላ ንድፎችን ይፈጥራሉ። ንድፉ በደቡብ ቻይና ስለሚገኙ የቀርከሃ ቁጥቋጦዎች ካሉ ትዝታዎች ተቀድቷል። ዓላማውም ለቦታው ዘገምተኛና ጸጥ ያለ ምት ማምጣት ነው።
