አርክቴክቱ ዘመናዊውን የውስጥ ክፍል እና ታሪካዊ ሁኔታን በንድፍ ሂደት ውስጥ አጣምሮታል. በዘመናዊው የዘመናዊነት ከባቢ አየር ውስጥ ንድፍ አውጪው ከጠፈር ፣ ከቀለም እና ከባህል ጋር ውይይት ለመፍጠር የንድፍ ቋንቋን ይጠቀማል። በአሮጌው እና በአዲሱ መካከል በጣም በተቃርኖ, ዝቅተኛ መንፈስ ያለው ሕንፃ እንደገና ይነሳል. የዚህ ፕሮጀክት በጣም የሚስብ አካል ቅስት ነው. የመሬቱ ሰማያዊ ቀለም ከአዎንታዊው ክፍል አንዱ ነው.

Number Seven የመኖሪያ ቤት የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ከተነደፉ ፈጠራዎች የሚጠበቁትን ሙያዊና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟሉ ጥሩ ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የብረት አሸናፊዎች የፈጣሪዎቻቸውን ታላቅ ችሎታ፣ ከፍተኛ ልዩ ሙያ፣ የባለሙያ ግንዛቤ እና የፈጠራ አቅም ያሳያሉ። Number Seven የመኖሪያ ቤት ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው፣ የሚደነቅና የሚወደድ፣ ተግባራዊና ፈጠራ የተሞላበት ሥራ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል። ይህ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማትን ያሸነፈ ዲዛይን የኢንዱስትሪ ምርጥ ልምዶችን ያዋህዳል፤ ከእውቀትና ከተሰጥኦ ጋር የተሳሰሩ ብቁ ቴክኒካዊ ባህሪያትም አሉት። Number Seven የመኖሪያ ቤት በጥልቅነቱ የተከበረ ሲሆን ዓለምን የተሻለ ቦታ ለማድረግ የሚረዱ የሕይወት ጥራት ማሻሻያዎችን ለማቅረብ የተነደፈ ነው።

- ልዩ ባህሪያት
- This 55-year-old house was really need of renovation. Because there is only 100 days to design and rebuild,no time to prepare renders or any kind of documents before execution; therefore, the sketching was done at the site during the execution.

- The most important thing about this project is the time of designing and executing. Lots of things to do, and just 99 days.The area of this project is 310 square meter. It has one and a half main level.

- Love to recycle the materials. To save money and time, decided to keep some walls and ceilings exposed, without finishing materials, so, you can see brick texture everywhere. Design team was thinking about using recycled materials. Therefore, the ceiling of the living room was covered with recycled wood which did not need any coloring.

- The most difficult part in designing this project was the strict rules of urban planning and municipality regarding changes in plans and views.

- Always liked to use the traditional method to execute semicircular arches. That's why a lot of research has been done on this and some good experiments have been done.

- Always liked the use of arches and curves in designs. The semicircular arch gives you a deep sense of relaxation. Decided to use semicircular arches, both in the exterior and interior.
