Hito Galaxy Battleship Ağır Yüklü Platforma Avtonom Mobil Robot Haqqında

Hito Galaxy Battleship sənaye daşımaları üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş ağır yüklü platforma avtonom mobil robotdur. Robot komponentləri avtomatlaşdırılmış montaj xətləri boyunca hərəkət etdirir və ənənəvi konveyer lenti sistemlərini əvəz edə bilər. Gövdə alüminium ərintisi və mühəndislik plastikindən hazırlanıb, çərçivə ətrafında laylı formalar və işıqlandırma ilə bu sahədə geniş yayılmış sadə metal təbəqə qutularından fərqlənir. Modul struktur komponent standartlarını vahidləşdirir və seriyalı məhsul ailəsini dəstəkləyir. Robotun ölçüləri 2310 x 1615 x 375 millimetrdir və bir tondan üç tona qədər yük daşıyır.

It subverts the industry impression of traditional sheet metal parts; The industrial design scheme adopts the structural innovation to realize the product serialization and modular design of engineering assembly.
Dizayn Çağırışı: The current AMR products in the market are limited by production processes and costs, and are mostly square sheet metal boxes. The manufacturing process is very traditional, where the sheet metal parts are directly bent, welded, and then painted, resulting in a monotonous and bulky appearance. TOALL DESIGN adopts a modular structure design strategy, combining multiple conventional processes and unifying component standards to balance the relationship between shape and cost.
Araşdırma: HITO Galaxy battleship series heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot, this series of products can be widely used in the manufacturing and logistics transportation fields of automobile industry, new energy, aerospace, rail transit and other industries. In automated assembly lines, processing components that can carry various weights can be moved, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines; Combined with the engineering software developed by HITO, flexible production lines can be quickly adjusted or even reorganized.
İlham: HITO Galaxy battleship series heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot, this series of products can be widely used in the manufacturing and logistics transportation fields of automobile industry, new energy, aerospace, rail transit and other industries. In automated assembly lines, processing components that can carry various weights can be moved, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines.
Layihə Müddəti: HITO Galaxy battleship autonomous mobile robot is a heavy-duty robot developed based on industrial production needs, The project started in May 2022 and finished in July 2022 in Shanghai. It has been receiving factory orders for customized sales worldwide since September, 2022.
İş Axını: Flexible transportation of various heavy objects, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines;Reorganizing traditional processes to achieve a balance between styling and cost ; Win attention and large orders in overseas markets with new craftsmanship and styling,It can reduce the compreh ensive cost of production and logistics construction of enterprises by 30-50%.
