Am Immaculate Illumination Dyluniad Mewnol Preswyl

Mae Immaculate Illumination yn ddyluniad mewnol i breswylfa dri llawr newydd yn Hsinchu, Taiwan, gydag arwynebedd llawr cyfanswm o 297.5 metr sgwâr. Mae'r cynllun yn defnyddio cyfeiriadedd yr adeilad a'r amgylchoedd i gynyddu'r golau naturiol sy'n treiddio i mewn o bob cyfeiriad. Mae gwyn, du a llwyd golau yn ffurfio'r prif liwiau. Mae teils carreg olau mawr yn gorchuddio'r lloriau, y waliau a'r grisiau i ehangu canfyddiad gweledol y gofod. Mae gwydr rhychiog yn caniatáu golau i mewn tra'n cynnal preifatrwydd. Mae bloc pren ar yr ail lawr yn gwasanaethu fel rhaniad ac fel cabinet arddangos.

Mae Immaculate Illumination Dyluniad Mewnol Preswyl yn enillydd Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau da sydd yn bodloni'r gofynion proffesiynol a diwydiannol a ddisgwylir gan greadigaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Mae enillwyr Haearn yn dangos medrusrwydd mawr, arbenigedd uchel, dealltwriaeth arbenigol a gallu creadigol eu crewyr. Disgwylir i Immaculate Illumination Dyluniad Mewnol Preswyl fod yn greadigaeth uchel ei bri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn ymarferol ac yn arloesol. Priodweddau Unigryw: This project uniquely takes advantage of the building’s orientation and surroundings to maximize the natural light that shines in from every direction. Natural illumination combines with modern minimalism and a simple colorway to create a soothing, elegant living environment for its residents. Modern art adds contemporary style, light stone tiles expand space, fluted glass allows light yet privacy, and black and white set simple elegance. This cycles consistently all throughout the residence.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: The residence is a brand new three-story building. The residence has a total floor area of 297.5 square meters.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: White, black, and light shades of gray serve as the main colorway for simple elegance. Large, light-colored, stone tiles cover the floors, walls, and stairs to open up visual perception of space. Use of space is multi-functional, such as the giant wooden block on the second floor serving as a divider, as a design centerpiece, and as a display cabinet. Similarly, obstructed space beneath the stairway becomes extra storage space, and the top floor can be a laundry room or additional rest area.
Her Dylunio: One big challenge was the configuration of the stairway. To maximize space efficiency, the designer created a guest bathroom underneath the 1st floor stairs and designated the smallest space for storage. Adjusting the layout of the 2nd floor avoids direct, blinding sunlight. The areas for the bathrooms were narrower. To widen and enhance the space, the designer chose large, light gray stone tiles for the floors and walls and fluted glass for transmission of light without sacrificing privacy.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The inspirations for this design project were the power of illumination, the simple attractiveness of minimalism, and the functional use of space. The designer experimented to see the effects of combining these various components and how they impact the living environment and perception of space and aesthetics. Careful choice of materials, furnishings, and accessories magnified the combined power of light and visual perception to enhance and expand the residential space.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project was completed in November 2021 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Llif Gweithrediad: The key step of the project was in the planning. The designer communicated and constantly followed up with the client to ensure that the design would exceed all expectations. From the types of materials and room layouts to lighting effects and construction, the designer fine-tuned each minute detail to specifications. Adjustments increased storage and adapted use of space. More importantly, changes focused on maximizing illumination to brighten and enhance the simple elegance of the home.
