Testun y Llyfr: Mae'r prosiect hwn yn canolbwyntio ar ofodau a rennir mewn adeilad preswyl a sut y gallant gyfoethogi bywyd bob dydd i'w drigolion. Yn hytrach nag ailadrodd ystafelloedd tebyg, mae'r dyluniad yn cyflwyno ardaloedd sydd wedi'u gwahaniaethu'n fawr drwy'r adeilad i gyd, pob un â'i gymeriad a'i naws ei hun. Y bwriad oedd creu profiad gofodol tebyg i gerdded drwy ddinas fach, lle mae symud rhwng gofodau yn dod yn daith o ddarganfyddiad. Nod allweddol arall oedd cynnwys amgylcheddau na fyddant yn bodoli prin y tu mewn i gartref nodweddiadol, gan ehangu'r ystod o weithgareddau a phrofiadau sydd ar gael i drigolion.

Mae Frechal Terrace Prif Swyddogaeth: Mewnol Adeiladau Preswyl yn enillydd Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth hynod fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau rhagorol sydd yn nodedig am greadigrwydd, dyfeisgarwch a chraffter. Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Frechal Terrace Prif Swyddogaeth: Mewnol Adeiladau Preswyl fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Efydd A' Design Award yn ymgorffori arferion gorau mewn celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg, ac yn rhagorol am ei sylw i fanylion. Priodweddau Unigryw: This is a set of shared spaces of a residential building. The main purpose of the project was to create distinctive areas so that the users could feel like walking around a city and experiencing different spaces while in the same building.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: 475 square meters including different spaces as: main foyer, reception room, barbecue room, game room, wine bar, garages, staircases, kids room, gym, indoor pool, outdoor spaces.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: Two main color palletes were used in this project: terracota and gray. Each set was used in different spaces for different purposes. The terracota pallete was used in the most inviting spaces, as the main foyer and the reception room. The gray pallete was saved for more intimate spaces, as the wine bar, that resembles a geometric cave, and the game room.
Her Dylunio: The main challenge of this concept was to be very creative inside the limits of the existing project.
Ymchwil: The design process for the shared spaces of this residential building started with the idea of treating the building almost like a small city. Instead of repeating the same type of room, each area was intentionally designed to feel different from the others, creating variety and a sense of discovery as residents move through the building.

From this concept, the spaces were planned to function like urban destinations—places where people could pause, meet, relax, or spend time in different ways. Another key goal was to introduce environments that typically wouldn’t exist inside a conventional home. By doing this, the project expands what residents can experience within the building, turning everyday circulation into a richer and more engaging spatial journey.
Ysbrydoliaeth: A small-scale city with different languages and amenities. Each space has a special character and a unique design, to instigate the users and inspire them.
Hyd y Prosiect: The project started in November 2024 and finished in September 2025. It is located in Balneario Picarras, Brazil.
Llif Gweithrediad: This is a project for shared spaces in a residential building. Instead of making everything look the same, the design creates very different areas throughout the building, so residents feel almost like they’re walking through a small city while moving between spaces. The idea was also to include places you normally wouldn’t find in a typical home, giving residents new experiences and ways to enjoy the building.
