Am Palm 1890 Prif Swyddogaeth: Preswylfa Lletygarwch

Testun y Llyfr: Mae Palm 1890 yn ddatblygiad arfordirol amlbwrpas wedi'i leoli yn Alacati, Izmir. Mae'r prosiect yn cyfuno unedau preswyl a swyddogaethau gwesty bwtîc o fewn cyfansoddiad pensaernïol unedig wedi'i siapio gan dopograffeg yr Aegean. Mae strategaeth fasio gris-fesul-gris gofalus yn sicrhau golygfeydd di-dor o'r môr ar gyfer pob uned, gan gefnogi preifatrwydd ac eglurder gofodol ar yr un pryd. Mae terasau wedi'u plannu a nodweddion dŵr yn cryfhau'r cysylltiad rhwng ffurf adeiledig a thirwedd, gan greu amgylchedd byw tawel sy'n ymateb i'r hinsawdd sy'n annog parhad awyr agored a defnyddioldeb trwy gydol y flwyddyn ar draws y safle.
