Orizzonte 02 Txartel-Zorroa Diseinuari Buruz

Txartel-zorroak diseinu ederra du, arrain-larruzko material berezia eta ekologikoa erakusten duena. Paisaia zurekin eramatearen kontzeptua dotoreki irudikatzen da arrain-larrua itsasoko olatuak irudikatzeko eta larru degradatua zeruko kolore aldakorrak islatzeko. Japoniako Fu-kin-machi-ren hauspoak fabrikatzeko teknika tradizionala erabiltzen da txartel-zorro dotore eta erraz txertatzeko. Baztertutako arrain-azala arrain-larru gisa erabiltzea ingurumen-hondakinak murrizten laguntzen duen ikuspegi berritzaile eta iraunkorra da.

Orizzonte 02 Txartel-Zorroa Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Orizzonte 02 Txartel-Zorroa oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Orizzonte 02 Txartel-Zorroa zehaztasunagatik errespetatua den lana da, eta mundua leku hobea egiten laguntzen duten bizi-kalitatearen hobekuntzak eskaintzeko diseinatua dagoena.

Propietate Bereziak: The concept is "Carry the scenery with you". The fish leather represents "the waves of the sea", while the gradient leather represents "the changing colours of the sky". The colour variations are named "L'ora blu (Blue Hour)" and "Il notturno (Night Scene)", with the sea and sky of each hour expressed in fish leather and gradient leather.

Produkzio Teknologia: Fish leather made from discarded fish skin and gradient leather dyed in layers of colour one by one using dyes. In addition, the edges are beautifully finished with high strength by Leather Edge Creaser.
Diseinu Erronka: After continually searching for a way to achieve a beautiful gradation and repeatedly making samples, we were finally able to create a gradation leather that we were satisfied with.
Ikerketa: By making effective use of fish skin as fish leather, which would otherwise have been thrown away, the company believes it is possible to reduce the burden on the environment. In addition, the design not only uses fish leather, but also makes use of the fish scale pattern.
Inspirazioa: When I was fishing before dawn and saw the blue hour landscape, I noticed that the scale pattern on the fish leather resembled ocean waves and came up with the idea of a leather item that represents the sea with fish leather and the sky with gradient leather.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project started in November 2021. Samples are completed in December 2022, with pre-orders starting in February 2023.
Eragiketa Fluxua: Using the traditional Japanese bellows manufacturing technique of "Fu-kin-machi," we have created a thin, easy-to-insert business card case.
