درباره Beyond the Blue کتاب
فراتر از آبی کتابی درباره‌ی مسائل زیست‌محیطی مرتبط با دریاست. هر فصل با یک قطعه‌ی رنگی متمایز معرفی می‌شود که چهره‌ای متفاوت از اقیانوس را نشان می‌دهد. قطعه‌ی سبز نماد جنگل دریایی سالم است، در حالی که قطعه‌ی قرمز به دریایی اشاره دارد که با خون نهنگ‌ها تیره شده است. رنگ به‌عنوان روشی ساده و جهانی برای توضیح موضوعات پیچیده‌ی زیست‌محیطی به خوانندگان همه‌ی سنین به کار رفته است. ابعاد کتاب ۱۸۷ در ۲۴۵ میلی‌متر و دارای ۹۰ صفحه است. چاپ با جوهر روغن سویا بر روی کاغذ مات ۱۰۰ گرمی انجام شده و صحافی با نخ، مصرف چسب را کاهش می‌دهد.

- Published in honor of World Ocean Day, this book deals with environmental issues related to the sea. It is a feature of this book to introduce various looks of the sea through the distinguishing colors of each chapter. For example, the green color chip symbolizes a healthy sea forest, while the red color chip shows dark side of a sea filled with whale blood. Like this, the color chips introduced in each chapter are used to express the bright and dark side of the sea symbolically.

- Looking at the lengthy brochures related to the sea, we felt the need to communicate the importance of the sea in an easy way. This book presents difficult environmental issues simply and intuitively by using a variety of colors.

- Looking at the sea at sunset, we found that the sea was not always blue. In fact, the colors of the sea are very diverse depending on the time, place and situation. We thought it would be interesting to introduce the various issues of the ocean through colors.
- مدت زمان پروژه
- The project started from April 2018 and finished in May 2019. The design is done in Seoul, production in Seoul.
- فرایند عملیاتی
- The target group is readers of all ages interested in the sea. Color is a universal material that makes it easy and intuitive for all ages to understand environmental issues related to the sea.
