عمارت باشکوه شینسان یک طراحی منظر مسکونی است که در نینگبو، ژجیانگ، چین واقع شده است. این پروژه مساحتی برابر با ۳٬۱۹۷ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد. هدف این طراحی، ایجاد فضایی برای زندگی است که از فعالیت‌های متنوع و ارتباطات اجتماعی پشتیبانی می‌کند. عناصر طبیعی، اکولوژیک و فرهنگی در سبکی مدرن و ساده با یکدیگر ترکیب شده‌اند. یک دیوار منظره از جنس شیشه مات در ورودی، حس مقیاس فضایی را گسترش می‌دهد. شیشه مات و آجرهای شیشه‌ای، نور و سایه‌ای متغیر را شکل می‌دهند. مصالح متضاد و رنگ‌های سیاه، سفید و خاکستری به باغ‌ها شخصیتی آرام و ظریف می‌بخشند.
