متن کتاب: بازرسی سریع امنیتی یک خط بازرسی امنیتی خودکار است که برای ایست‌های بازرسی در مترو و قطارهای پرسرعت طراحی شده است. این خط شامل دو کانال بازرسی است. مسافران همانند روال معمول از میان آن عبور می‌کنند و چمدان خود را مستقیماً از میان دستگاه بازرسی پایینی عبور می‌دهند. وسایل کوچک در کانال بالایی قرار داده می‌شوند. بازرسی بر اساس تشخیص اشعه ایکس انجام می‌شود. بدنه بیرونی با استفاده از فرآیند ورق‌کاری فلزی ساخته شده که سبک، مستحکم، کم‌هزینه و مناسب برای تولید در مقیاس بزرگ است. ابعاد کلی آن ۱۵۰۰ در ۶۵۰ در ۱۴۵۰ میلی‌متر است. چیدمان بر اساس اصول ارگونومی طراحی شده و روند بازرسی را روان نگه می‌دارد.
