درباره Casa de Mar خانه ویلایی تک‌خانواری
کاسا د مار یک خانه ویلایی تک‌خانواری در بخش شمالی مریدا، یوکاتان است. این طراحی با ادغام فضاهای داخلی و خارجی، معماری و طبیعت را به هم پیوند می‌دهد. باغ‌ها از داخل خانه قابل مشاهده و استفاده هستند. یک حجم مرکزی نعل‌اسبی‌شکل، استخری را در بر می‌گیرد که از طریق تبخیر آب، هوا را خنک می‌کند و از تهویه طبیعی پشتیبانی می‌نماید. سنگ و چوب محلی به دلیل دوام، نگهداری کم و هماهنگی با منطقه انتخاب شده‌اند. ورودی‌های جداگانه، فضاهای اجتماعی و خصوصی را از هم تفکیک می‌کنند تا حریم خصوصی و آسایش تضمین شود.

- Casa de Mar is a single-family residence located in the northern part of the city of Mérida, Yucatán. The central concept on which this project is based is the symbiotic relationship between architecture and the surrounding nature. The goal is to create interconnected spaces that allow for the enjoyment of the tranquility of the gardens, while taking advantage of the benefits of natural ventilation and lighting.

- Site analysis considered topography, orientation, and winds to optimize natural light, views, and airflow. Local materials like stone and wood were chosen for sustainability and contextual harmony. Durability and low maintenance guided material and finish choices. Energy-efficient lighting, insulation, and smart home technology were integrated for comfort and energy management.

The program included distinct social and private areas with separate entrances, ensuring privacy and comfort. Sourcing suitable materials that aligned with the design vision and regional context was a challenge. Ensuring privacy was also a consideration, resulting in carefully planned separate entrances and vestibules for social and private areas.

The land's features and weather conditions were carefully studied to strategically position the house, optimize natural light, and create a comfortable living space. Drawing inspiration from the region's cultural heritage, local materials and finishes were incorporated to promote a sense of identity.
