درباره Ribbon نیمکت خیابانی
ریبون یک نیمکت خیابانی است که برای فضاهای عمومی مانند میدان‌های شهری، فضاهای جمعی و پیاده‌روها طراحی شده است. پنج حالت نشستن رایج - جمع‌شده، فرورفته، صاف نشسته، تکیه‌داده به عقب و درازکشیده - مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و به منحنی‌های نیم‌رخ ساده‌سازی شد. گذارهای نرم میان این پنج منحنی، شکلی واحد و پیچان را پدید می‌آورد. این نیمکت از قاب‌های تخته‌سه‌لایی ساخته شده که هر یک ۳۵ میلی‌متر عرض دارد و با فاصله ۵۰ میلی‌متر از یکدیگر قرار گرفته‌اند و توسط میله‌های فولادی رزوه‌دار، مهره‌ها و فاصله‌انداز‌های چوبی به هم متصل شده‌اند. ساختار تیغه‌ای آن امکان زهکشی را فراهم می‌کند و برای فضاهای داخلی و خارجی هر دو مناسب است.

- Five postures are studied and used to shape the bench’s profile curves. This design approach ensures the bench accommodates these postures, offering a more comfortable resting experience. Additionally, this bench not only adds aesthetic value as an urban sculpture but also blends well with street side planter.

Simplified curves representing these postures were used to shape the bench's profile, creating a smooth, unified design. The wooden slats offer a dual visual effect—semi-transparent when viewed from the front and appearing to be smooth and uniformly patterned, giving it a tactile and visually rhythmic quality when looking from the side.

The design simplifies the interface between body and furniture to create the bench’s profile curves, using smooth transitions between these five profile curves to create a meandering, comfortable street bench.
