خانه سرخ چیدمانی هنری است که برای جشنواره فانوس در تایپه خلق شده است. این اثر یک راهروی تونلی هشت‌وجهی را شکل می‌دهد که از لوله‌های فولاد ضدزنگ و ورق‌های فلزی برش‌خورده با لیزر ساخته شده است. هر وجه، تصاویری حکاکی‌شده از منطقه سیمن‌دینگ را به ترتیب زمانی در بر دارد که با ساختمان خانه سرخ در سال ۱۹۰۸ آغاز می‌شود. چراغ‌های ال‌ای‌دی با کنترل رایانه‌ای، پنل‌ها را روشن می‌کنند و به خیابان روشنایی می‌بخشند. رنگ کوره‌ای فلوروکربنی از سطوح برای نمایش بلندمدت محافظت می‌کند. بازدیدکنندگان از میان راهرو عبور می‌کنند و تاریخ شهر را به جای متن، از طریق تصاویر می‌خوانند.

At the same time, Its location was a street with a constant flow of tourists, and the biggest challenge was how to make the artwork and the street become one, and to exhibit the artwork in a harmonious way.

- The Red House, a historical building built during the Japanese rule era, is used as the main viewpoint for reading the development of Ximending, so the first metal installation of the Red House, which was built in 1908, is used as the starting point of the tunnel corridor. In total, there are eight sides of the tunnel gallery, each of which is chronologically placed with different images of the development of the Ximending area, telling the story of its own development.
