درباره Pine To Sea طرح جامع هتل بوم‌گرا
پاین تو سی (Pine to Sea) یک هتل بوم‌گرا و طرح جامع منظر است که در جنگل کاج لینیانو در ایتالیا واقع شده است. این پروژه میهمان‌نوازی را با احیای یک محیط ساحلی شکننده ترکیب می‌کند. کابین‌های مرتفع بر روی فونداسیون‌های فولادی با حداقل تأثیر زیست‌محیطی قرار گرفته‌اند و پیاده‌راه‌های مرتفع، بازدیدکنندگان را از میان تالاب‌های جنگل‌کاری‌شده و سکوهای مشاهده عبور می‌دهند. استفاده از چوب سبک‌وزن، پیش‌ساخته‌سازی ماژولار، عایق‌های زیست‌پایه و سطوح تراوا، آسیب به محوطه را محدود می‌کند. جمع‌آوری آب باران، تهویه غیرفعال و انرژی خورشیدی نیز مصرف انرژی را کاهش می‌دهند. این طرح جامع مساحتی معادل ۱۲٬۰۰۰ متر مربع را دربرمی‌گیرد.

Elevated walkways and floating cabins minimize site disturbance while maximizing guest immersion in nature. By blending sustainability, biodiversity, and experiential design, it redefines eco-tourism.
