درباره Feixi New Energy شهرک صنعتی
شهرک صنعتی هوشمند خودروهای انرژی نو فیشی، یک مجموعه اداری و صنعتی در شهر هفئی، استان آنهویی چین است. این شهرک با مساحت ۴۶٬۲۲۳٫۸ متر مربع شامل دو ساختمان اداری، یک سلف‌سرویس، یک سالن نمایشگاه و یک ساختمان راهرویی است. راهروهای منحنی، حجم‌های ساختمانی ماژولار را به یکدیگر متصل کرده و گفتگویی هندسی میان آن‌ها ایجاد می‌کنند. در بخش‌هایی از نمای شیشه‌ای (کرتین وال) از شیشه خلأ و شیشه کم‌گسیل (Low-E) استفاده شده است تا عایق‌بندی بهبود یافته و خیرگی نور کاهش یابد. فضای سبز بام، پوشش گیاهی عمودی و کاشت گیاهان در سطح زمین به تنظیم خرداقلیم محلی کمک می‌کنند.

- Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.

- The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

- Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.

- In addition to strategies for the sustainable reuse of building spaces and materials, the design incorporates a multi layered ecological landscape system (including rooftop greening, vertical greenery, and ground level landscape belts) to regulate the microclimate, reduce the urban heat island effect, and enhance the park’s resilience to climate change.

From the cultural symbolism of Wood and Stone to the theme of Dialogue Between Nature and Technology, the design thoughtfully integrates the core values sustainability, diversity, and techconology forward thinking into both architecture and interior spaces.
