درباره Goktekin Q1 مجتمع مسکونی چندمنظوره
پروژه گوکتکین Q1 که در بلوار تورگوت اوزال در آدانا واقع شده است، یک پروژه مسکونی چندمنظوره است که بر اساس شیب طبیعی زمین شکل گرفته است. واحدهای تجاری مستقیماً به بلوار باز می‌شوند و از حرکت پیاده و زندگی روزمره خیابانی پشتیبانی می‌کنند. واحدهای مسکونی بر روی یک سکوی محوطه‌سازی‌شده قرار گرفته‌اند که باغی مشترک را شکل می‌دهد. این سازماندهی، عملکردهای سطح خیابان و فضاهای مسکونی را از یکدیگر جدا می‌کند و در عین حال پیوستگی بصری را حفظ می‌نماید. این پروژه رابطه‌ای متوازن میان بلوار و زندگی مسکونی پیشنهاد می‌دهد.

- Goktekin Q1 redefines urban living through a layered mixed-use model. It seamlessly separates street-level commercial vibrancy from elevated residential privacy without severing their visual connection. Aiming for LEED Gold and developed via a BIM360 digital twin, the design features three-facade units for optimal cross-ventilation, a communal pool with a retractable skylight, and a Cihannuma-inspired social pavilion.

Integrating a Cihannuma pavilion and a retractable skylight pool atop commercial units demanded complex structural engineering, resolved via BIM360. Achieving natural cross-ventilation for all units while meeting LEED Gold benchmarks required precise spatial optimization.

Residential access is provided from an elevated landscaped podium.The modern Cihannuma pavilion serves as a social bridge, allowing visual engagement with the street. The transition from public street to shared green platform defines the key spatial sequence. This layered system improves privacy while maintaining strong visual and physical continuity with the urban axis. A retractable skylight over the communal pool adapts to Adana's climate, ensuring year-round social interaction within a cross-ventilated microclimate.
