درباره O10 Station توسعه شهری با کاربری مختلط
ایستگاه O10 یک توسعه شهری با کاربری مختلط است که بر فراز دو ایستگاه مترو در شهر کائوسیونگ تایوان ساخته شده است. این سایت حدود ۱.۸ هکتار مساحت دارد و حدود ۲۸۷,۸۱۱ متر مربع سطح زیربنا را در شش طبقه زیرزمین و پنج برج ۳۸ تا ۵۲ طبقه فراهم می‌کند. فضاهای هتل، اداری، مسکونی و خرده‌فروشی با سالن‌های تئاتر جعبه سیاه در سطح همکف با ظرفیت ۱۲۰ تا ۲۰۰ نفر ترکیب شده‌اند. طبقات زیرزمینی دو ایستگاه را به هم متصل کرده و جریان عبور و مرور عابران پیاده را هدایت می‌کنند. نماهای با عملکرد بالا، سایه‌اندازی خورشیدی و نور روز را کنترل می‌کنند تا مصرف انرژی را محدود سازند.

- The O10 Joint Development Project leverages its proximity to the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts-Weiwuying by integrating hotel, cultural, and commercial programs. An international-brand hotel, managed by a global hospitality group, accommodates performing arts troupes and audiences. Ground-level black-box theaters seat 120-200, prioritizing emerging groups, while lower floors incubate youth-led arts ventures. Offices, residences, and street-facing retail activate public space, extending Weiwuying's cultural energy into daily urban life.

The project aims to become a pivotal urban node for culture, business, and residence, with long-term flexibility.
