Oer Spring Breeze Kantoar Ynterieurûntwerp
Spring Breeze is in kantoarromte yn Kunming, Yunnan, Sina. It projekt is de renovaasje fan in frijsteand gebou mei stielkonstruksje mei in binnenoerflak fan 1000 fjouwerkante meter. Binnen de oarspronklike struktuer waard in houten hingjend hûs boud mei tradisjonele techniken, mei pin-en-gatferbiningen sûnder spikers. Twa rigen kolommen en balken drage de ophongen keamers en gongen. In dûbelwandich ûntwerp regelet it sinneljocht dat troch de glêzen gevel de wurkromte ynkomt. It houten hûs foarmet in fisueel kontrast mei it stielen gebou.
