K11 Art House gida ne na cikin silima da ke Hong Kong, ƙasar Sin. An tsara shi da jigon mazaunin dutsen dusar ƙanƙara, wanda ya samu wahayi daga gine-ginen tsaunukan Alpine na Switzerland, kuma yana ɗauke da abubuwan gine-gine na gargajiya zuwa cikin wani sarari na kasuwanci na zamani. Wurin ya mamaye murabba'in mita 6034 kuma ya haɗa aƙalla nau'o'in amfani biyar, waɗanda suka haɗa da shagon kiɗa, mashaya a buɗe, sararin baje koli, cibiyar wasan kwaikwayo da sabis na zamantakewa na keɓaɓɓe. An yi amfani da marmara, aluminium, kyalle, kafet da gilashi a ko'ina. Manufar ita ce ci gaba da silima ta zama wani hadadden wurin nishaɗi.

Zanen K11 Art House Silima ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na matakin koli, masu kyau sosai kuma masu burgewa. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Azurfa ayyuka ne masu haske sosai da ƙirƙira mai yawa waɗanda ke nuna ƙwarewa, baiwa da kaifin tunanin masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen K11 Art House Silima ya zama aiki mai ban mamaki, abin koyi, mai ƙwarewa sosai kuma mai ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire mai zurfi. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Azurfa ƙirƙira ce mai abin lura sosai, da ake sha'awa, wacce ke amfanar da kuma kai iyakokin fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani gaba. Siffofi Na Musamman: In that experiment of space, the OFT design created the first future cinema themed with snow mountain residence in Asia based on the concept of "design & new retail", which took the lead in providing reference model for the cinema as "recreational complex".

Fasahar Samarwa: In the aspects of spatial situation and its commercial aesthetic, the hustle and bustle in Hong Kong correspond to its open and inclusiveness, with multiple culture blending and growing here. Designers are familiar with the chemical reaction brought by strangeness, so they do the opposite in the design. They select distant land, the Swiss snow mountain fragments of life, carrying the traditional style on architecture into modern commercial space, to wake up the spiritual eagerness of Hong Kong residents to "natural life".
Ƙalubalen Zane: With the development of "new retail", the traditional entertainment space represented by the cinema has entered a transitional period.
Bincike: By repeating architectural elements, the OFT combines and splices previously unrelated materials to form an integral space, completing the remodeling of humanity and nature in a new sensory balance.
Wahayi: Enabling the DNA of K11 Art and cultural retail to continue is the key. The model of multicultural living area of K11 Musea brings new enlightenment for the incubation of future cinema: It needs to break out of the simplex consumption scene and introduce social intercourse, shopping, catering and art into the cinema.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in 2018 in HK, China and finished in 2019 in the same place.
Tsarin Aiki: In K11 Art House, the OFT and UA made a breakthrough by introducing at least five consumption formats, including music store, open bar, exhibition space, performance center and personalized acquaintance social service, to construct a composite consumption scene.
