Game da Luxeh Tsarin Cikin Otel

Luxeh wani tsarin cikin otel ne da yake a yankin shimfidar wuri na West Lake a birnin Hangzhou, kasar China. Zanen ya kiyaye ainihin gine-gine da fuskar ginin, kamar yadda ake bukata don wurin da ake kiyayewa. Ana bi da sararin cikin gida da sararin waje a matsayin tsarurruka daban-daban biyu, don haka ana sanya zamanantar aikin shakatawa da kasuwanci a cikin ginin da yake da salon tarihi. Ana bi da sassan katakon fuskar ginin da suka lalace ta hanyar amfani da hanyar toya da aka yi amfani da ita tun zamanin daular Song, wanda yake canza sifar farfajiyar zuwa carbon amma yana kiyaye kayan da suke a asali.

Zanen Luxeh Tsarin Cikin Otel ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe, wata karramawa mai daraja da ake bai wa kyawawan zane-zane waɗanda ke cika buƙatun ƙwararru da masana'antu da ake tsammani daga ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire da aka tsara da kyau. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Baƙin Ƙarfe suna nuna babban ƙwarewa, ƙwarewa ta musamman, fahimtar ƙwararru da ikon ƙirƙira na masu ƙirƙirar su. Ana sa ran zanen Luxeh Tsarin Cikin Otel ya zama ƙirƙira da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna wacce ke da amfani kuma mai sababbin abubuwa. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyukan fannin kuma yana da halayen fasaha masu cancanta da ke da alaƙa da sanin yadda da baiwa. Siffofi Na Musamman: This project is located in West Lake scenic area. Because of the demand of government, protecting original architecture and building elevation is rigid requirement. In the process of designing, separated interior space and outdoor space as two system. Engineering on the basis of architectural main style of hundred years, and keeping modern resorts and commercial function in interior space.
Girma da Fakitin: Based on the original architectural form, some interface between roofs and walls just two meter-high. It formed narrow narrow space but cannot be abandoned. So we programmed spaces like this to wash basin or storage space. Meanwhile, ceramic decorated the walls of toilet, so the height of toilet depends on the modularization multiple of ceramic bricks to reduced material waste and keep successfully.

Fasahar Samarwa: Wooden components of building elevation have been decayed already because of time, designers choose the baking technique since Song dynasty to made wooden surface carbonized, and keep it integrity.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The most difficult things in this project is to demand of environment protecting. Greening rate and without original flooring material damaged in courtyard. The material were hundreds year flagstone, it couldn't covered by modern materials like concrete or amplify green area by digging out stones.
Bincike: This project combined traditional cultural context and modern living demand, based on the historical and cultural relics, how to blend modern hotel and commercial pattern into discussion, make it conformed to space functional division and usage experience, to ensure that based on integrity of design, continuing the unique historical context and traditional craft to spring historical architecture to life.
Wahayi: This religion is the one of major birthplace of Chinese Buddhism. There are nearly ten Buddhist Temple three kilometers in radius, and Lingyin Temple built in AD 326. Many followers came to worshiping and learning Buddhism essence in nearly temple's meditation abodes, but it isn't enough far and away. So it's important satisfy the needs of living demand. Satisfying the balance of modern living requirement and inner peace.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in March 2019 in Hanghzou and finished in October 2019 in Hanghzou.
Tsarin Aiki: In the early design stage, we looked for builders and construction team on account of traditional skills, because there are few builder nowadays. So sufficient preparation will guaranteed the project smooth progress and made a excellent contribution to traditional craft preservation and continue.
