Wannan hadadden yanki ya ƙunshi faffadan falo, ɗakin cin abinci da ƙayataccen ɗakin dafa abinci wanda aka tsara don iyakar ajiya. Kayan daki na kwance waɗanda suka dace da wuraren zama da wuraren cin abinci suna ƙara kyan gani ga wannan aikin. Slatted panels waɗanda ke ɓarna duk kabad ɗin da aka yi amfani da su don ajiya suna gina tsattsauran yanayin zamani. An keɓe shi daga kayan aikin da ya wuce kima yayin da ake ci gaba da kiyaye duk samfuran, abubuwa da abubuwan tunawa a hannu, wannan ɗakin dafa abinci yana jin daɗi kamar mashaya mai salo wanda abokai da dangi za su iya more mafi kyawun lokutan rayuwa.

Zanen D M Residence Ciki Na Zama Nau'in ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen D M Residence Ciki Na Zama Nau'in ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyuka a fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani, kuma yana da kyau saboda kulawarsa ga cikakkun bayanai. Zanen D M Residence Ciki Na Zama Nau'in yana biyan buƙatu da kyau, yana taɓa sha'awa, yana jan hankalin zukata kuma yana jawo sha'awar sani.

Bayanin ƙungiyar, membobinta da cikakkun bayanai na fasaha da mai ƙirar ya bayar.

Siffofi Na Musamman: This space integrates a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. For maximum storage and a clean visual style, all the cabinets were hidden inside slatted panels (every part of the slatted panels in this design actually open and can be used for storage). As a result of this decision, the kitchen, which is in fact the functional kitchen of the house, was free from excessive furniture, and could be designed as a stylish bar.

Fasahar Samarwa: The space was built from scratch, using light steel structures, as an expansion to an existing apartment. National brazilian brands and materials were preferred: the furniture, carpet, tiling, cabinets and marble.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The main challenges: working with lightweight structure in a limited structural context; conceiving the details of the slatted cabinets so as they look entirely as a panel, from start to end and from floor to ceiling.
Bincike: One of the challenges of this project was to build over a structure with limited points of support. This is why the space has no pillars, as all of them are located at the borders, where the original structure can be found. Every material had to be calculated not to overload the structure. Aside from that, the clients had an extensive memorabilia. To fully accomodate these personal belongings while still maintaining a clean visual style, it was mandatory to find a solution to maximize storage. That's why we conceived the slatted panels which are, in fact, cabinets that hide and organize all the objects, hardwares and materials.
Wahayi: The main purpose of this design was to create a cozy yet elegant space for the daily life of the family. The highlits are the use of natural regional white marble, the solution of the cabinets (hidden behind the slatted panels) and the overall cleanliness of the architecture, which allows the apropriation of the space by the owners through the use of their personal belongings to give significance to each corner.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in January 2018. The interiors were started in September 2018 and finished in December 2018.
Tsarin Aiki: This is an open concept architecture, focusing on making daily routines easy and comfortable while keeping things organized and stylish.
