Kolektif wani manhajar yanar gizo ne inda ma'aikata za su iya bin diddigin ayyukansu na albarkatun ɗan adam su kuma yi cuɗanya. A cikin wannan manhaja, za su iya ƙirƙira da sanya ƙayatar da shafukan bayanansu, bin sanarwoyi, da yin sabuntawa. A lokaci guda, ma'aikata za su iya ganin bayanan abokan aikinsu, so wallafe-wallafensu, da kallon labarun kamfanin. Ma'aikata kuma za su iya gode wa abokan aikinsu ko wasu ƙungiyoyi ta hanyar amfani da shafin nuna godiya. Ana ƙirƙirar sabon ma'ajin bayanai ta hanyar duk waɗannan shigarwar na kai tsaye don ba da shawarwarin horo da ayyuka na musamman ga ma'aikaci.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Zinariya ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire ne masu sababbin abubuwa sosai, masu hangen nesa kuma masu haske mai ban sha'awa waɗanda ke nuna hazaƙa, hikima da ƙwarewar masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Kolektif Ma'aikatar Dandalin Ma'aikata ya zama ƙirƙira mai yabo sosai, mai kafa yanayi kuma babba wacce ke kawo ƙima da ba a taɓa ganin irinta ba. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Zinariya aiki ne mai ban mamaki, mai daraja wanda ke amfanar fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani sosai kuma yana kai iyakokinsu gaba. Zanen Kolektif Ma'aikatar Dandalin Ma'aikata yana haifar da tsananin sha'awa, yana tada soyayya ga aiki, yana ƙarfafa ƙirƙira kuma yana burge mu.

Siffofi Na Musamman: Kolektif is an employee platform. It offers both social and human resources functions. Each employee has a profile, and the platform offers multiple social media functions like following other profiles, posting on thee timeline, stories, post comments as well as likes. The platform also acts as a human resources platform where employees can see the latest announcements, and access different human resources functions. The medium has also an appreciation page where the employees can thank their coworkers under different categories.

Fasahar Samarwa: The project is available for desktop. Design Tools: Sketch, Principle, Illustrator, Invision, Zeplin, Abstract. Development Tools: .net 4.5, mvc, Kendo UI, Microsoft Office Sharepoint, Angular.
Ƙalubalen Zane: There was a need for a platform where employees could be more socially active. However, human resources also needed to create a personalized database for its employees. The idea of Kolektif emerged in order to bring the priorities of the two sides together on a common platform. The employees would add special skills related to their job or personal interests to their profile and socialize at the same time. Thanks to this customized data, human resources employees would also be able to offer special activities, training, and personal development suggestions to each employee.
Bincike: We had workshops with our staff, human resources staff and managers to determine the needs and functions. We guided the scope studies with our workshop outputs. We conducted dashboard and social media design benchmarking research. We got meaningful insights with these researches and use them to creating personas, customer journey mappings. To evaluate our design and observed users behaviors, we ran several user testing.
Wahayi: Operating from its Istanbul headquarters, 19 regional directorates and 711 branches across Turkey, Akbank is staffed by more than 12 thousand employee. Thee idea behind the development of Kolektif was the create a dynamic social media platform to keep this dispersed employee base connected. By also gathering different human resources functions in a single place, the platform aims to create at most convenience to the employees
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in April 2020 in Istanbul and had first released in May 2021 in Istanbul. It is an ongoing process with updates depending on new needs. It is an ongoing process with updates depending on new needs.
Tsarin Aiki: Through the Kolektif platform, employees can perform all their human resources affairs from a single channel. In addition, they create their own profiles and can update them whenever they want, containing their personal and work-related skills and making social shares. They can see their colleagues' information and interact with their posts. They can also thank their colleagues. With all these personal entries, a new database is created for employee-specific training and activity suggestions.
