The ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, winter garden, and a guest bedroom. The upper floor features the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and two children's rooms. The basement houses a staff room, a hobby area, and a relaxation space (mancave).

Porcelain surfaces, known for their hygienic and contemporary appeal, were used for bathroom and kitchen countertops. The overall decor was enriched with carefully selected artworks and accessories, adding a personal touch while enhancing the home’s depth and warmth.

Kev Txhawb Siab: Designed with a modern and timeless approach, the villa project in Zekeriyakoy harmonizes with the simplicity of nature while embodying comfort, elegance, and a lasting aesthetic. Open spaces, gallery voids, and natural materials were thoughtfully integrated to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, ensuring a comfortable and functional living environment.

Txheej Txheem Ua Hauj Lwm: The living room, overlooking the green space and pool, serves as the heart of the home with its high ceilings and gallery void. The fireplace, designed to warm the entire space, is clad in marble and extends to the full height of the gallery void, seamlessly integrating the seating and dining areas. A mirror above the fireplace enhances the sense of depth. The combination of parquet flooring, a marble fireplace, wall moldings, and modern lighting elements aim to create an elegant and contemporary ambiance. While white tones dominate the interior, select pieces in vibrant colors add a dynamic touch.
Italian ceramics were used on the floors and walls of the bathrooms, with wallpaper applied in certain areas. In children's bathrooms, custom-colored ceramic tiles were incorporated. The winter garden features wooden beams and a suspended wooden fan, enhancing the natural warmth of the space.
The master bedroom, overlooking the front garden, offers a spacious and serene retreat, furnished simply with a bed and wooden nightstands.
One of the most distinctive areas of the home is the "man cave" in the garage, designed as a hobby and relaxation space. Clad entirely in wooden paneling, it features a marble bar counter, custom-designed cabinets, and brass accents, resulting in a sophisticated, timeless, and inviting atmosphere.
