O dizajnu Sunny House Unutarnje uređenje modela stambene jedinice
Sunny House je unutarnje uređenje modela stambene jedinice osmišljeno kako bi posjetiteljima predstavilo stambeni raspored prostora. Prostor obuhvaća 380 četvornih metara. U interijeru dominiraju svijetli tonovi, s naglascima u bronzanom metalu i orahovom drvu koji odražavaju orijentalnu atmosferu. Uzorci toplog sivog mramora u kontrastu su s velikim površinama bež i sivog zidnog tekstila te tamnim zidovima od orahovine. Kineski elementi i moderni urbani karakter spojeni su u jedinstvenu scenu kako bi se stvorio smiren i elegantan ambijent. Svi zidovi su betonski, pa dizajn naglašava otvoreni prostor i profinjene detalje.

- Although the purpose of the model unit is to display the designs available in the complex, the space it creates is comparable to that of life. Therefore, the designers believe that the display should return to the essence of life, that is, the common spiritual and material needs of the people.

- This is also the key to convey the sense of spatial quality. In terms of color, the overall space is dominated by light tones, bronze metal materials and walnut are dotted with elements that reflect the oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall.

- The biggest difficulty of the overall design space is the limitation brought by the concrete structure of all walls. By using the design methods, the visitors are able to focus on the beauty of the formation structure highlighted by the spacious area, and the carefully designed minute details.
