Before the reconstruction, dachuan lane is a noisy and busy "express street". Due to its special history and geographical location, in the new round of urban renewal, dachuan lane is endowed with a new location and function.

How to let the public experience an interesting and dramatic space interwoven with memory, life and culture is the goal and problem of this design.

Mkpali: Inheriting the history, carrying forward the memory, reviving the streets, this is the new meaning of the new street entrance device. Through the construction of a new link relationship, the historical prototype and contemporary culture have a new collision, to show the close relationship between human history, modern commerce and residents' life. From the component space arranged in order in depth, a considerable, swimmable and stop-able street installation space is created.

Usoro Ọrụ: At the same time of demolishing the original street gateways, the historical gate buildings of dachuan lane were rebuilt by repairing the old ones, and the stainless steel devices were used as the space structure, and the interactive devices of streets and lanes were used to tell the story of the street. The interactivity of the space enables the passers-by to stop and feel the people who used to live here and the stories that happened here, so as to improve the memory of the streets.
