One of challenges is that 80% of the dining space is located underground and therefore there is no natural light. There is a balance between Financial Tech and nature.

Because of the long cold winters, outdoor-waterscapes are not suitable in Beijing, but people love water features. Another simulation is to imitate the shape of a valley and various plants and different seasons in the private dining rooms which are without windows and natural light.
