Hub pêşxistinek bikaranîna tevlihev e ku ji bo geştyariyê li Healesville, Victoria, Awistralya hatiye sêwirandin. Proje bazareke mîrateyî, navendek xwarinê ya bilind (epicurean), firokexaneyek (brewery), otêlek, xwaringehek û navendek bûyeran bi hev re dihewîne.
