Miorita xaniyekî niştecihbûnê yê sê qatî ye ku li Chisinauê cih girtiye. Ast a erdê valahiyên bazirganî digire, di heman demê de her du astên jorîn xwedan sê yekeyên apartmanan in. Deverek parkkirinê ya binerdî di binê avahiyê de bicihkirî ye. Her ast xwedan şeklekî pirgoşeyî yê cuda ye, ku dide avahiyê xuyangek stûnkirî û zivirandî. Rûberê pêş tîles ên granîta seramîk a tarî bi rûpoşkirina darîn a germ û geş a li ser pergalek hewadar dike yek. Goşeyên tûj û teraseyên daliqandî di nav sazûmana bajarî de forma dînamîk çêdikin.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Miorita Xanî ya Niştecihbûnê tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. Ev sêwirana bi Tuncînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê digire nav xwe û ji bo baldariya li hûrgiliyan hêja ye. Miorita Xanî ya Niştecihbûnê pêdiviyan bi rengekî xweş tîne cih, destê xwe dide daxwazan, hestan dihejîne û meraqê dikişîne.

- Miorita is a residential project that got its name from the street it stands on. It is a 3 storey residential building with a comercial ground level and 2 residential levels that host 3 apartment units. It has panoramic windows and a contrasting bright, warm timber cladding facade with dark ceramo-granite tiles. The sharp angles and the cantilevered terraces make for a dynamic building that integrates into a urban landscape with an elegant yet daring contrast of form and material.

- The building has a concrete monolithic structure, brick outer walls as well as partition walls. The shape of the building is partially obtained by the additional steel structure used to support the ventilated facade systems.
- هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین
- Overall Miorita residence is a project that aims to elevate the standarts of living not only functionally but conceptually and aesthetically. It combines technology and design and creates its own urban context, making it the center of attention due to its dynamic design.
- توێژینەوە
- The limitations imposed, from local administration, due to the complex morphology of the structure and the design challenges that it poses have influenced the design and made it more organic. A lot of research has been done to choose the right facade material and the convenient structure to create the sharp angles of the window openings.
- ئیلهام
- The lot chosen for the project has a skewed polygonal shape which has inspired the concept of the project. Each level has a unique polygonal shape which makes the building look like a stack of boxes placed on top of each other, rotating and stretching in order to catch the best angles.The sharp angles and the cantilevered terraces make for a dynamic building that integrates into a monotonous urban landscape with an elegant yet daring contrast of form and material.

- The project has started in november 2021 in Chisinau, went through approval by local administration, and is currently beggining its construction phase (march 2022).
- ڕێڕەوی کارکردن
- The comercial spaces can be accessed directly from the street, while the acces to the residential levels is made from the interior courtyard. The placement of the neighbouring building directly on the edge of the lot has determined the choice to cover the windows that overlook the inner courtyard with shutters made from the same timber which cover the facade for privacy. The inner courtyard, has a buffer role and provides additional visual and sound barriers for the residents of both neighbouring properties.
