Proprjetajiet Uniċi: This design presents an all-scenario private club for luxury residences in Dongguan's CBD, China, with the essence of magnolia elegance, natural healing, and community socialization at its core. It features a fusion of haute couture materials such as Gaja Green and Gucci Red, encompassing a full range of functional spaces including a coffee area, private dining hall, and yoga studio.

The "black-red contrast with artistic accents" creates a luxurious tactile feel, showcasing noble and stylish furniture composition techniques. With "artistic foundation + high-customization craftsmanship" as the core, the design balances practicality and aesthetic quality, reflecting top luxury standards in every detail to create an exclusive social space for high-net-worth individuals.

In certain areas of the project, Monet Garden stone is used as the primary material, paired with North American walnut wood, emphasizing a more natural approach in material selection.
Sfida tad-Disinn: Distinct from traditional clubs, its design highlights include "triple circulation separation + acoustic optimization," deeply integrating luxury services with a five-star hotel system. It balances business banquets, family companionship, and healing leisure, while also incorporating local culture and artistic aesthetics. The result is an elite-exclusive domain that seamlessly transitions between "business + living + socialization," setting a benchmark for asset appreciation in the city's core area.
