On the Dragon Boat Festival, the Eastern Star, representing the Azure Dragon will rise to the sky, which is called Dragon skies in Chinese classical astrology. Tēquitl Ōhuitl: When users lift the box lid, the independent four sides of the inner box will be unfolded by gravity, which looks like a suddenly risen curtain. In this work, with totems, festival rituals and Dragon Boat scenes as the theme, traditions and characteristics of the Dragon Boat Festival are presented through multi-layered three-dimensional patterns and layered cardboard.
