Ikigo cya Wenzhou Vanke ni inyubako y'ubucuruzi n'ibiro iherereye mu Karere ka Lucheng, mu mujyi wa Wenzhou, mu Bushinwa. Igishushanyo gikoresha igitekerezo cy'umujyi wa Shan-shui, kizanaho ibintu gakondo by'Ubushinwa nk'imigano y'ibiti by'amashami (bamboo), imisozi, imigezi n'inzira mu nyubako igezweho. Amabuye ya seramike, impapuro za aluminium, n'ibirahure byanditseho amashusho bigize uruhande rw'inyubako, hakiyongeraho isura y'amazi amanuka afite umucyo, intambwe zisa n'amabuye, n'imigano y'ibiti by'amashami akozwe muri aluminium. Ikibuga giherereye ku nkombe z'amazi n'intambwe nini bihuza amaduka n'ibibuga byo hafi, mu gihe ibiti biri iburasirazuba bigabanya urusaku. Wenzhou Vanke Center Umukingo w'Ubucuruzi n'Ibiro biteganyijwe ko izaba ikintu cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifite ubunyamwuga n'udushya. Ibintu Bidasanzwe: Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
Ibyatumye Habaho: Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
