Umusozi wa Kinabalu uherereye mu majyaruguru ya Borneo. Guhumeka kubishushanyo mbonera byose byaturutse ku isi yuzuye amabara palette kandi ibikoresho byatoranijwe kuko bishyushye kandi bituje. Urukuta ruranga rukoresha urutare rusanzwe rwakusanyirijwe kumusozi wa Kinabalu, hamwe no kongera urumuri rumuri ruva hejuru, rugaragaza neza imiterere yurutare. Guhuza amabuye n'ibiti bitera impirimbanyi. Mugihe amakuru arambuye mubikoresho akoresha uruhu na zahabu kurangiza kugereranya ibinezeza na deluxe.

Dining on 54 Umwanya Munini biteganyijwe ko izaba ikintu cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifite ubunyamwuga n'udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Buronze gikoresha uburyo bwiza mu buhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga kandi kirarenze mu gutaha ku tuntu duto. Amazina y'abagize uruhare, abagize itsinda n'amakuru y'ubuhanga byatanzwe n'umuhanzi.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: Earth-toned color palette and material was selected as it is warm and serenity. The feature wall uses the natural rock from Mount 'Kinabalu', with the enhancing of lighting illumination from ceiling, it does clearly shows the texture of the rock. The combination with stone and timber creates the balance of harmony. While the details for the furniture uses leather and gold finishing to symbolize luxury and deluxe.

Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: Besides choosing Mount Kinabalu rock as feature wall, chevron wooden texture also applied to intrigue the the sight within the atmosphere. More than that, gold stainless steel inlay also applied to smoothen the eyesight. The bronze ceiling design used spray paint coating finishes combine with hanging feature and topography to create the Wow- factor.
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: To refine the design concept with the usage of the selected materials and creates the balance within the atmosphere.
Ubushakashatsi: The design inspiration came from the most recognizable symbol of mountain which located in Northern Borneo. Whereas the topography of the Mount Kinabalu has become the highlights within the atmosphere. A picturesque of scenery could be found from the full height window glass in dawn.
Ibyatumye Habaho: The design inspiration came from the most recognizable symbol of mountain which located in Northern Borneo. Igihe cy'Umushinga: The project started in May 2021 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The expected date of completion- End of 2022
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: Experience a gathering room for families and friends to bond relationship. From the parlour to the dining table, it is a multi-functional space where residents and visitors allow to gaze movies, play board games, having potluck dinner etc.
