The public area of the villa is paved mainly with marbles to create a solemn and elegant atmosphere. The designers abandon undue stress on the definition and conceptual design of the living and dining rooms on the first floor. They select the warm tone of the traditional Chinese design style for the space to create a quiet space for relaxation. The multifunctional living area and the video room are placed in the underground floor of the villa to avoid making excessive noise, while bringing the residents more space for daily activities.
