- In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.

- The challenge of this project was to make a building that exploited its constructive potential to the full with architectural quality and that was not an obvious product to be launched: all the alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to differentiate itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.

The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. - The project is located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
