- This interior design is meticulously crafted for Zhanjiang Chengfa Runyue Life Lab Center, which doubles as a sales hub. As client needs evolve, the sales center moves beyond traditional commerce to focus on immersive offline experiences and social sharing. By blending modern living concepts with local cultural identity, the space integrates diverse lifestyle elements to create a dynamic urban hub for young families, redefining the connection between the city, community, and humans.

- For environmental protection, the project uses inorganic and locally sourced natural materials, such as wood and limestone. They undergo only essential protective treatments like corrosion prevention to retain authentic textures, and the dynamic contrasts between different materials evoke a natural, soothing atmosphere.
The terrazzo flooring, treated with crystallization, enhances moisture resistance. The native plants improve indoor air quality, reflecting an ecologically friendly philosophy. - ᱰᱤᱡᱟᱭᱱ ᱪᱮᱞᱮᱧ
- The key challenge is transforming a traditional sales center into a hybrid, multifunctional life lab.
This project prioritizes the harmony between people, nature, and city to reshape community spirit. The hybrid traffic flow design adapts to the life patterns of targeted groups, while the multifunctional space planning unlocks diverse lifestyles. Moreover, the integration of outdoor scenery and natural light creates an open design that redefines the commercial space for dynamic modern living. - ᱜᱚᱵᱮᱥᱚᱱᱟ
- Modern young families often face overwhelming anxieties and pressures. In response, this project pioneers an open stage concept to shatter interpersonal and functional boundaries and reshape community spirit. It also blends immersive experiences with local culture, perfectly combining functionality and aesthetics. With vibrant space forms and lifestyle elements, it inspires curiosity, energizes the neighborhood, and ultimately promotes urban cultural heritage and sustainable development.
- ᱯᱨᱮᱨᱚᱱᱟ
- Inspired by the coastal terraced fields in Zhanjiang, this project reinterprets local cultural elements through modern design. The interplay of light and shadow, along with the thoughtful spatial sequencing, creates various living scenarios rich in regional traits, cultivating highly interactive social environments for modern families.
The rustic tones, including beige, white, and gray, set a warm, modern foundation, while the orange furnishings and lush greenery infuse the space with vitality. - ᱯᱨᱚᱡᱮᱠᱴ ᱥᱚᱢᱚᱭ
- Located in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, the project began its design phase in Beijing in 2023 and reached completion in October 2024.
- ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱦᱚᱨ
- Following the angular layout of the building, the design uses obtuse angled fold lines to maximize views and bring in more natural light while eliminating sharp corners for a safer sense. The central showcase flows seamlessly into the outdoor interactive space, uniting the stage, fashion store, and cafe. The exhibition zone is set apart, making a quiet contrast to vibrant spaces. The multifunctional space planning and hybrid traffic flow design dissolve boundaries for more enjoyable interaction.
