The penthouse was realized using high-precision, custom joinery and curved wooden fronts, crafted to optimize space and tactile experience. Modular track lighting with interchangeable fixtures minimized structural impact. Smart-home systems integrate lighting, HVAC, and security for efficient control. Sustainable materials and energy-conscious installations were prioritized, ensuring durability, circularity, and minimal environmental footprint throughout the construction process.

Designing a modern penthouse for two generations within a compact layout required overcoming significant spatial challenges. Creating a sense of independence for family members while ensuring fluid circulation and visual harmony demanded careful planning. Technical coordination of smart systems for lighting, climate control, and security also posed complexities. Despite these difficulties, the project maintained its sustainable dimension: careful material selection, energy efficient installations, and solutions supporting circularity all underline a commitment to environmentally responsible design.
