- The Industrial Bank Branch 3.0 Image Standard redefines conventional banking layouts by reorganizing the space into three key zones, including a lobby service area, a business transaction area, and a VIP area. This enhances the client experience for greater efficiency and comfort. The design ensures a consistent brand identity across all branches and promotes green, sustainable practices. It aims to create a modern banking space for both current business needs and future scalability.

- ᱛᱮᱭᱟᱨ ᱛᱮᱠᱱᱚᱞᱚᱡᱤ
- The design uses low VOC paints, reclaimed wood, and recyclable metals to reduce construction pollution. Prefabricated modules built in factories are assembled on site, shortening timelines and reducing noise and waste. Electronic screens and interactive digital signage replace printed materials, enabling content updates without using paper. Counters, seating, and other high contact surfaces use finishes that resist stains, withstand wear, and clean easily, helping to extend the service life.
- ᱰᱤᱡᱟᱭᱱ ᱪᱮᱞᱮᱧ
- The challenge lies in creating an immersive financial environment where service flow is visible, client needs are understood, and brand value is felt. The counter area features flexible separation, with universal service counters positioned at the front, and teller and wealth advisor workstations relocated to back office zones. The VIP area is semi independent and fully equipped, offering diverse private and leisure spaces to support premium client events and deliver one stop service.
- ᱜᱚᱵᱮᱥᱚᱱᱟ
- Driven by advances in financial technology and rising client expectations, the branch uses a modular layout of lobby service, business transaction, and VIP areas to create a progressive experience journey from guidance to interaction to thorough service. Combined with innovations in brand empowerment and ecosystem integration, it delivers a smart financial space that balances professionalism, warmth, and a forward looking spirit, redefining the role of the bank branch in the digital age.
- ᱯᱨᱮᱨᱚᱱᱟ
- Rooted in the core brand identity, the design redefines its visual language and environmental aesthetics to deliver a consistent presence across all branches and offer a reliable, cohesive client experience. The space features white and gray as primary tones, enhanced with natural wood textures, Industrial Bank Blue, and Sustainable Green to create an environment that feels unified yet uniquely identifiable.

- The design phrase of this project began in mid 2024, and the first flagship pilot branch opened in Shenzhen in January 2025.
- ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱦᱚᱨ
- To boost efficiency and user experience, the branch integrates diverse smart digital solutions, including a self service zone available around the clock, an intelligent banking area, a smart guidance and queuing system, digital information display and interaction, and dedicated terminals offering training and app tutorials. Services support all age groups and special needs, with dedicated areas for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges, plus an engaging play zone for children.
