Huaxing Zhongrui Nordic Park je predajná kancelária nachádzajúca sa v okrese Fushan v čínskom meste Yantai. Interiér má rozlohu 1221 metrov štvorcových a sleduje kruhový tvar budovy. Dispozičné riešenie sa rozprestiera smerom von od stredu kruhu namiesto použitia tradičného lineárneho plánu. Návštevníci vstupujú do umeleckej vstupnej haly so zavesenou umeleckou inštaláciou a následne prichádzajú do centrálnej zóny s modelom projektu na výstavnom stojane otvorenom zo všetkých strán. Rokovacia zóna poskytuje priestor na rozhovory a oddych. Použité materiály zahŕňajú sklenené tehly, nehrdzavejúcu oceľ, drevené prvky a tapety. Využité sú aj skryté svetelné pásy a kovové mriežky.

Pracovný postup: Stepping into the art lobby, the art installation "Ancient Temple Wonderful Spring" hung in the middle is like the historical ring of Fukuyama culture.
