Amaze je interiér reštaurácie s vysokou gastronómiou nachádzajúci sa na Taiwane. Priestor s rozlohou 241,6 metrov štvorcových je rozdelený na vstupnú recepciu, dlhý boxový sedací kút, dva okrúhle boxové sedacie kúty a kuchyňu. Dlhý sedací kút pojme 18 hostí a každý okrúhly sedací kút pojme 8 hostí, pričom pohyblivá priečka umožňuje prepojenie oboch okrúhlych kútov. Interiér definujú prvky štýlu Art Deco, tmavé drevené tóny, patinované zrkadlá a stolové dosky zo zeleného hadovca. Bočný vchod s kľukatou cestičkou a schodmi vytvára pocit očakávania predtým, než hostia dorazia do jedálenského priestoru.

The entrance is another key feature, designed as a 'two-stage' journey. A winding path builds mystery and anticipation, aligning with the reservation-only model.
