Fa'aosofia: The design elements that contribute to a home-like office environment include the use of natural materials, warm colors, comfortable furnishings, and personal touches such as artwork, plants, and books. Additionally, the inclusion of communal spaces such as lounges, kitchens, and breakout areas encourages socialization and collaboration among employees.
