The Drop Sauna is constructed from CLT, which is one of the most eco-friendly and durable building materials available.
Lu'itau o le Mamanu: Hardest part of the process was redoing the prototype until it was perfect.
Su'esu'ega: Drop did a market research of outdoor saunas and found out there was no minimalistic Scandinavian design saunas and therefore wanted to create one.
Fa'aosofia: Drop Sauna and Drop Lodge are places for relaxation and ideal places to re-connect with yourself and with the surrounding nature. The Drop shape was inspired by the minimalistic beauty of Finnish nature and our thousands of lakes.
Umi o le Poloketi: The project started 2021 in Naantali, Finland and finished in November 2023 at the same place.
