Tiknoloojiyada Soo Saarka: Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood.
The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.

The proposal is to create a living building capable of connecting technology, sustainability, the users' relationship with the urban space, providing contact with nature, healthy environments and a sense of community. Socodka Hawlgalka: The proposed design has the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, expand the sense of community and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, urban garden, conscious consumption, termo acustic confort, discharge correct and recycling with local cooperatives.
