Animal Backbone je enterijer maloprodajnog objekta koji se nalazi u Šangaju, unutar istorijske zgrade koja je nekada služila kao klanica, a danas je kulturni i kreativni centar. Prostor se prostire na 100 kvadratnih metara i izgrađen je od metalnih ploča, ogledala i stakla. Raspored prati putanju kretanja mačke, a krug razdvaja unutrašnju i spoljašnju zonu. Vrata i prozori omogućavaju poglede između dve zone, dok su unutra raspoređene scene dnevne sobe, trpezarije, kuhinje i kupatila. Dizajn podstiče razmišljanje o ljudima i životinjama koji dele grad.
