Dowell Insight je prodajni centar koji spaja klasičan britanski stil sa modernim dizajnom pod temom Popodnevni čaj u Kensingtonu. Fasada od crvene cigle inspirisana je britanskim zgradama od crvene cigle, dok unutrašnjost ukrašavaju meki elementi enterijera u istoj boji. Simetrični hol koristi raspoređene svetlosne matrice kako bi ocrtao lik Unije zastave. Lučna pregrada odvaja zonu za pregovore, gde crvene stolice, crna sofa i zlatni čajni sto formiraju opuštajući prostor za razgovor. Projekat obuhvata 1300 kvadratnih metara.

- The lobby is decorated in symmetrical style with carefully-arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. The negotiation area is separated from the lobby by an arched European-style partition. A black iron rack, red chairs and a black couch enclose a golden tea table, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for communication; the sweet magnolias, the antique clock and the fountain sculpture are all elaborate details to highlight British romance.

- Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. In addidtion, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.

- The designer has simplified the complicated style of traditional European architecture, only to keep the classical outline and circular arch. Modern design skills are combined with historical symbols, presenting a more fresh and distinctive British atmosphere within the classical and elegant structure.
