Mansions Design Inn je hotelski enterijer koji se nalazi u trgovačkoj ulici u Čongćingu, u Kini. Projekat obuhvata 800 kvadratnih metara i koristi visoke plafone originalnog loft prostora kako bi se svaka soba podelila na dva nivoa. Donji nivo služi kao javni prostor, sa dnevnom sobom, kupatilom i ostavom. Gornji nivo je prostor za spavanje, sa napravom za kačenje odeće i šešira i drugim kupatilom tamo gde prostor dozvoljava. Stepeništa predstavljaju vizuelni centar svake sobe. Čelik, tamnocrvena umetnička boja, tepisi i raznovrsno osvetljenje izražavaju temu moderne fabrike.

- As the actual intention of the hotel, designers still need to bear in mind the importance of comfort and experience in this project. So they divide the whole space into two parts by taking advantage of the high layer-height relationship, which not only effectively improves the utilization rate of the space, but also considers the dynamic and static relationship from the functional partition.

- The project covers a total of 800 square meters. Since the whole space is divided into upper and lower floors, then the staircase must exist. Moreover, due to the narrow and long space itself, there are not too many areas to set the core visual center. Therefore, we use the staircase as a central expression carrier for each room.

Designers began to think about what kind of city hotel can really integrate into such a macro environment. They use some symbols inherent in the factory to constantly strengthen the visual theme, so that the sense of experience can be felt at the first moment when the customers enter the room.
