It has been brewed for 1 year, 2 times for putting grains, 9 times for cooking, 8 times for fermentation, 7 times for taking liquor, and 5 years for storage. And then the bartender blends 7 rounds of the liquor, especially the process of blending is the combination of technology and art. The soul of Maotai-flavour is the high-end product of this type, the luxury of the liquor, and the bartender's understanding of Maotai flavour liquor,and it refines the essence of Maotai flavour liquor.
