Guangzhou Gemdale China Chic Savdo markazi haqida

China Chic — Xitoyning Guandun provinsiyasidagi Guanchjou shahrida joylashgan savdo markazi. Ichki maydoni 688 kvadrat metrni tashkil etib, tashrifchilarga yangi qurilgan uy-joy loyihasi haqida ma'lumot olishga yordam beradi. Umumiy qurilish rejasi taqdim etiladi va xarid qilishdan oldin savdo xodimlari bilan maslahatlashish mumkin. Dizayn klassik Kanton madaniyatini zamonaviy me'morchilik bilan uyg'unlashtiradi. Lingnan toshi, kapok, ulun choyi va Guandun kashtachiligi zamonaviy san'at orqali qayta talqin qilinadi. Yog'och naqshli plyonka bilan o'ralgan panjaralar lobbi va muzokaralar zonasida arzon va ekologik toza pardoz materiali sifatida ishlatiladi.

Dizayn muammosi: How do we define and lead the future way of life belonging to the new city with design?Guangzhou is a highly complex organism. With the passage of years, it is constantly changing and metabolizing itself. Various material and non-material elements with cultural significance in the urban area carry the historical and cultural context and spirit of a city in the form of space. In order to interpret"national trend", whether"deconstructing" tradition or "inheriting"innovation, it will move towards to "sense of future". Through the multi-dimensional understanding of Guangzhou city, the design light spot is to retain the Lingnan stone, kapok, oolong tea and Guangdong embroidery with Cantonese rhyme with innovative modern art.
Ilhom: While continuing the cultural life of the original guangzhou city, we also noticed that compared with the past, contemporary people have more diversified use needs for space. therefore, we implanted the new meaning and functions given by space, so that culture can better play its role as a magnet, enhance the vitality of the site, form highly creative visual expression and sensory experience, and link the urban mark of new art presentation and geographical culture.
Loyiha muddati: The project is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about six months to finish the construction.
Ish jarayoni: The sales center is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
